Kite Pharma is seeking an experienced IT leader to own the Kite Konnect Enterprise and Supply Chain IT roadmap. You will collaborate with business, IT, vendors, and support teams to deliver scalable, reliable systems and drive strategic modernization.

The role requires strong ERP experience, SDLC governance, and data integration across Oracle EBS, SAP, and Salesforce. Location: Santa Monica, CA; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting ERP platforms including Oracle EBS and SAP variants.
• 5+ years leading digital operations, technical delivery, or managed service teams.
• Proven ability to influence technology decisions with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with leaders to translate business needs into tech roadmaps.
• Lead cross-functional alignment to drive resolutions and outcomes.
• Serve as the technical authority for Kite Konnect Enterprise and SC architecture.
• Own IT business capability roadmap balancing operational, compliance, and growth needs.
• Oversee release planning, SDLC governance, environment management, and rollback procedures.
• Maintain health, stability, performance, and resilience of Kite Konnect platforms.
• Lead data-related activities across Oracle EBS, SAP, Salesforce, and downstream apps.
• Direct managed service providers and partners; manage priorities and SLAs.
• Communicate health, risks, and status to leadership and cross-functional teams.
