Job summary

Kite Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to lead external manufacturing scheduling across CDMOs/CMOs and to translate demand plans into executable production schedules while securing material readiness and release.

This role will drive cross-functional collaboration with procurement, quality, and finance to maintain supply chain integrity. You will own purchase orders, manage invoicing, monitor performance KPIs, and support governance processes to mitigate risk while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Experience in supply chain planning with external manufacturing (CDMO/CMO) and network/site planning.
• Proficiency with ERP and planning systems (SAP, IBP, OMP, Kinaxis).
• Strong influencing skills across global, matrixed organizations and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and maintain external production schedules across all external manufacturing nodes.
• Validate slot reservations, campaign timing, yield expectations, testing sequences and release timelines with partners.
• Manage POs and invoicing with external partners and ensure alignment with the schedule.
• Track KPIs across the external network and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead scheduling forums with External Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
