Job summary
Lifted is seeking a dynamic Strategic Customer Success Manager to partner with our Fortune 100 customers and help them achieve Talent and Workforce goals using the Lifted platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, managing multi-faceted contingent workforce programs and driving proactive growth across executive levels.
You will own retention, churn mitigation, and expansion opportunities, build Customer Success Plans, and lead quarterly business reviews with stakeholders from hiring managers
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Customer Success Management with direct ownership of revenue retention targets for large, complex Fortune 100 enterprise accounts.
- Experience managing complex, multi-service accounts (e.g., AOR, EOR, Staff Augmentation, Managed Services) rather than single-SKU relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary advisor to Fortune 100 customers, managing multi-faceted contingent workforce programs.
- Deliver high-touch support including posting jobs, pre-screening talent, and sending offers.
- Build trusted relationships across all levels from hiring managers to executives.
- Own retention and churn mitigation with accurate internal forecasting.
- Identify expansion opportunities and drive net-new hiring manager acquisition strategies.
- Lead effective business reviews and translate customer feedback into value narratives.
