Anchors in Los Angeles seeks an Enterprise Solutions Architect to bridge platform capabilities with complex enterprise needs across finance, healthcare, and logistics. You will be the technical voice in pre‑sales and remain engaged through deployment to ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes.

You will lead discovery sessions, design architectures, build proofs‑of‑concepts, collaborate with engineering to shape the roadmap, and own relationships with key accounts after deployment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Experience with enterprise software integration patterns (APIs, ETL pipelines, identity management).
• Familiarity with ML platforms and AI/data infrastructure.
• Strong written and verbal communication — you can make complex systems legible to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with customers in regulated industries (finance, healthcare, or government) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise prospects to understand data environments and integration constraints.
• Design and present solution architectures that map Anchors' capabilities to customer needs.
• Build proof‑of‑concept deployments and demonstrate platform value in customer environments.
• Partner with the engineering team to translate customer requirements into the product roadmap.
• Own technical relationships with key accounts post‑deployment.
