Job summary

Bastion, a regulated infrastructure platform for stablecoins, is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director to own Bastion's largest, most complex deals with financial institutions, payments platforms, and large enterprises.

You will build the pipeline, coordinate across treasury, product, risk, legal, and compliance, and lead the end-to-end cycle from discovery to close. The role is remote across the United States, with a preference for New York City.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in enterprise sales or new business development.
• Experience selling to financial institutions, payments companies, and large enterprises.
• Strong collaboration with product, legal, and finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise motion from discovery to close across multiple complex deals.
• Build qualification, forecasting and account plans; manage stakeholders across finance, legal, risk, and product.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and program economics with finance and legal; drive deal desk readiness.
