Bastion in the United States seeks an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to own Bastion’s largest and most complex deals, selling branded stablecoin issuance, custody, and conversion to financial institutions, payments companies, global platforms, and large enterprises. You will build the pipeline, coordinate across treasury, payments, product, risk, legal, and compliance, and close.

Remote across the United States is welcome; NYC base is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle: discovery, solution design, commercial negotiation, and closing.
• Coordinate with treasury, payments, product, risk, legal, and compliance to move deals forward.
• Build qualification frameworks, forecast accuracy, and contribute to pricing discussions.
• Collaborate with the CEO on strategic accounts and enterprise go-to-market strategies.
• Shape the enterprise playbook, references, and process improvements for high-value customers.
