Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Manager, Risk Management to lead the development and oversight of our risk strategy and programs. You will identify risks, analyze their impact, and implement mitigation measures across the organization.

You will work with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain and Plant Management, to strengthen supplier reliability and ensure regulatory compliance, financial stability, and a risk-aware culture.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or a comparable role.
• Experience in a management or team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, regulatory requirements and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across operations, projects, and investments.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure adherence to risk controls.
• Work with Supply Chain and Plant Management to improve supplier reliability and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and present risk management reports to senior leadership.
