Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Experience in a management or team leadership role.
• Masters degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment and Analysis: identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks across operations, projects, and investments.
• Risk Mitigation Strategies: develop and implement comprehensive risk mitigation plans with department heads.
• Compliance and Regulations: stay updated with industry regulations and ensure alignment with guidelines.
• Internal Control Enhancement: support internal control teams to prioritize risks and develop controls.
• Reporting and Communication: prepare reports on risk activities and communicate risk information to senior management.
• Collaboration and Training: train and raise risk-awareness across the organization.
