Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Clayton, NC is seeking a Safety Loss Prevention Manager to lead risk management across multiple locations.

You will plan, implement, and integrate safety programs to protect teammates, products, and assets while coordinating crisis and emergency response. This role requires regulatory acumen, collaboration across Sales, Delivery, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Admin, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical school in a related field.
• 3–5 years of safety and risk control experience or beverage industry experience.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Leads risk control and safety initiatives across Sales, Delivery, Logistics, Manufacturing, Equipment Services, and Administrative.
• Manages workers' compensation, auto liability, and general liability metrics to targeted goals.
• Directs Regulatory Management for the geographical area and updates organizational policies and procedures.
• Administers crisis, incident management, and emergency planning for various scenarios.
• Manages RIS reporting, analysis, and field information to control frequency and cost of risk.
• Leads property protection initiatives and follows up on insurance inspection recommendations.
