Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an Enterprise Renewal Sales Specialist to join our Global Renewals Management function. You will help retain and grow ARR by guiding renewal strategy and execution, coordinating with Strategic and Enterprise Field Sales, and driving renewal opportunities well before contract expirations.

You will manage contract processes, negotiate terms, and support expansion via Flex offerings while leveraging AI-enabled decision support to improve renewal outcomes and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Enterprise Renewals, Deal Support, Contract Management or Customer Success.
• Experience with Annual Recurring Revenue business model.
• Ability to balance a wide variety of daily tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Protect and Grow ARR by supporting renewal contracts before expiration.
• Collaborate on renewal strategy and drive commercial Renewal/Flex alignment.
• Support expansion strategy around renewal (Flex, Reflex, Upsell).
• Drive renewal execution and close process (negotiate terms, price uplift).
• Present renewal offers 90-120 days before contract expiration.
• Own contract processes and Flex activations.
