Job summary

Wurth Industry North America seeks an Enterprise Project Manager to lead cross-functional, technical initiatives, including system and application implementations, upgrades, and process improvements. This role focuses on delivering measurable results aligned with organizational goals.

You will develop plans, manage budgets and timelines, mentor teams, and report progress to leadership, utilizing Agile or Waterfall methods to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, or similar role.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) or process-improvement certs preferred.
• Proven track record managing enterprise-level projects and driving optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee enterprise projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track and within scope.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration between technical teams and business units.
