Job summary

First Resource Bank, headquartered in Exton, PA, seeks a Vice President, Enterprise Project Manager to lead and mature the bank's enterprise PM program. This role focuses on governance, reporting, and performance measurement across the bank to enable successful project execution.

You will work with Executive Sponsors, Business Owners, and vendors to promote accountability, transparency, and alignment with strategic priorities while driving benefits realization across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of experience leading cross-functional projects, strategic initiatives, or organizational change.
• Banking experience strongly preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum or similar certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of the Bank's enterprise project management program.
• Establish, maintain, and enhance project management standards, processes, templates, reporting, and governance.
• Coordinate project activities across business units and stakeholder groups.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and dependencies to keep milestones on track.
• Provide coaching and oversight to promote consistent project management practices.
