Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager II to lead planning, execution, and delivery of large, cross-functional initiatives aligned with strategic objectives. You will liaise across business units, IT, risk, and executives, ensuring governance and timely results in a regulated environment.

The role supports enterprise-wide integrations, including M&A activities, and reports to the Director of Enterprise Planning. Solid project leadership and banking domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred).
• 4–7+ years of progressive project management experience, preferably in financial services or banking.
• PMP, CAPM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of large, enterprise-wide projects.
• Coordinate resources across business units, IT, risk, compliance, and vendors.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk registers.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and governance across initiatives.
• Provide transparent reporting to executives on milestones and outcomes.
