• Leads and manages large, complex enterprise projects with multiple teams.
• Represents Unisys to client senior management to align objectives.
• Identifies new program opportunities with potential company-wide impact.
• Leads project initiation, risk assessment, and execution; reviews outcomes.
• Leads PM process improvement initiatives and lessons learned.
• Drives change to increase PM efficiency and effectiveness.
• Appears as trusted advisor to executives on strategic initiatives.
