Qualifications

• 10+ years of program, transformation, business operations, or enterprise execution experience including leadership of large cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven track record leading large, complex cross-functional initiatives and measurable business outcomes.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving alignment without direct authority.
• Strong business acumen, analytical problem-solving, and executive communication skills.
• Demonstrated success translating strategy into execution and measurable outcomes.
• Proficiency with program management, reporting, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive Enterprise Execution Visibility and Alignment with progress, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Partner with business owners to align execution activities to targeted outcomes and success measures.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies, execution gaps, and risks, and drive resolution of issues.
• Lead execution of complex, cross-functional programs from planning through delivery.
• Translate business priorities into integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and commitments.
• Coordinate execution across workstreams and functional teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
• Track progress against milestones, KPIs, and value realization objectives.
• Promote outcome-based execution and continuous improvement across programs.
• Drive governance, reporting, and operating cadences for transparency and accountability.
• Facilitate program reviews, steering committees, and executive decision forums.
• Help build and evolve EPMO capabilities, processes, and governance frameworks.
