Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, vision, operating model, and roadmap for assigned products, capabilities, or enterprise transformation initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Seven (7) years of product management or related experience.
• Three (3) years leading cross-functional enterprise implementations.
• Experience building multi-program roadmaps and governance.
• Experience in healthcare payer or managed care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, own, and maintain product roadmaps across programs.
• Define product vision, strategy, governance framework, and standards.
• Translate objectives into prioritized initiatives and phased plans.
• Prioritize work based on value, risk, readiness, and resources.
• Define milestones, acceptance criteria, and readiness measures.
• Establish roadmap governance and reporting to leadership.
• Identify needs across capability, data, tooling, and vendors.
• Guide Product Owners and delivery teams on backlog direction.
• Coordinate readiness activities including contracting and testing.
• Oversee testing, validation, go-live, and business sign-off.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and issue resolution; escalate blockers.
• Provide exception-based status reporting on at-risk work streams.
• Transition products to operational ownership and capture lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, security, and contractual requirements.
