Job summary

caresource is seeking a Product Manager to own the strategy, vision, operating model, and roadmap for assigned products and enterprise transformation initiatives. You will translate business and technology objectives into prioritized, phased delivery plans and coordinate cross-functional teams through implementation, stabilization, and transition to operational ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, healthcare administration, or related field required.
• Seven (7) years of product management, program management, program delivery, vendor management, data management, business analysis, or related experience required.
• Three (3) years of experience leading cross-functional enterprise implementations, integrations, transformations, or operating model initiatives required.
• Experience building multi-program or multi-domain roadmaps and governance or operating models.
• Experience in the healthcare payer or managed care industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, own, and maintain the product roadmap across programs and business domains.
• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, operating model, governance framework, standards, and reusable templates.
• Translate objectives into prioritized initiatives and phased delivery plans.
• Prioritize and sequence work based on business value, risk, readiness, resource and data availability, funding, release calendars, dependencies, and vendor commitments.
• Define milestones, acceptance criteria, and readiness measures from planning through implementation and stabilization.
