Job summary

Genentech, a member of the Roche group, is seeking a Portfolio Leader (Cross Portfolio + Strategy & Operations) to shape and deliver a transformative Pharma portfolio. You will partner with the Head of PSM to drive strategy, planning, operations, and culture, ensuring the PSM team is aligned and agile in a complex landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in science, business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in operations, strategy and/or R&D within biopharma.
• Experience in cross-portfolio strategy or portfolio management and prioritization trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Head of PSM and LT to realize strategic vision and implement PSM-wide initiatives.
• Lead planning and facilitation of PSM LT and All Staff meetings using agile practices for clear decisions.
• Build and manage systems to match team skills to high impact needs supporting PSM priorities.
• Operationalize strategic priorities while promoting a connected culture of learning and excellence.
• Represent PSM on Product Development workstreams and maintain a strong portfolio network across groups.
