FIS Management Services LLC is seeking a senior Enterprise Platform Product Counsel to provide strategic legal support for enterprise platform offerings. The role embeds with product, technology, sales, compliance, privacy and security teams to guide platform delivery, contracting, and governance from ideation through sunset or migration.

The successful candidate will have a JD, 9+ years of relevant experience, and a track record in enterprise software, SaaS, and technology transactions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary legal resource and product legal owner for assigned enterprise platform offerings, embedding with product, technology, implementation, support, sales, compliance, security, privacy and business leaders.
• Advise on platform delivery models (SaaS, hosted, on-premise) and data flows, third-party dependencies, and contracting architecture.
• Support vendor and partner work, review vendor relationships and third-party dependencies, and coordinate with privacy, security and regulatory teams.
