• Strong interpersonal and customer support skills.
• Proven ability to analyze requirements, data, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise business/systems analyst staff; interview, hire, train, and evaluate employees.
• Oversee security administration for current and legacy systems; manage access controls.
• Plan, coordinate, and support IT projects; track timelines and budgets.
• Develop cybersecurity and disaster recovery plans; ensure compliance and data integrity.
