Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Enterprise IT Project Manager to lead large, strategic IT initiatives and advise business and IT leadership. The role delivers measurable outcomes beyond task management, aligning multiple workstreams and governing IT delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related IT field.
• Minimum 5 years IT management experience with multiple concurrent projects.
• Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, and change management concepts.
• Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and prioritizing across programs.
• Self-starter able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Engineering and/or Construction background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-visibility, enterprise IT projects across matrixed teams and drive alignment.
• Define project scope, objectives, and measurable success metrics with business leaders.
• Facilitate engagement with executives and steering committees; align priorities and risks.
• Influence delivery strategy and resolve cross-team conflicts.
• Use project data to assess health, risks, and opportunities for stakeholders.
• Develop resource plans and forecast demand to support delivery.
• Identify and manage cross-project dependencies and impacts.
• Foster a high-performing team environment and drive governance compliance.
