Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in program/project management.
• 5+ years in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban/hybrid).
• 5+ years of New Product Introduction (NPI) / product release ownership.
• 4+ years using Jira and Smartsheet for program execution and reporting.

Aufgaben

• Manages and leads a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a product or service offering, typically requiring 5+ years experience coordinating cross-functional execution.
• Develops and directs the development of integrated schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for assigned programs; requires 4+ years of schedule ownership ensuring milestones and timelines are met.
• Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plans and uses analysis of business and execution data to alter or update schedules and resource allocations to meet product requirements and development schedules; requires 4+ years of experience driving recovery plans for slipping milestones.
• Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established roadmaps and schedules; requires 3+ years presenting status, risks, and trade-offs to senior management.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the manufacturing and/or engineering organization; requires 3+ years contributing to measurable process improvements (e.g., improved predictability, reduced cycle time, improved on-time delivery).
• Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members; typically 2+ years of informal or formal mentoring/leadership responsibilities.
