Job summary

CG Infinity is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect Consultant to design, build, and lead the implementation of a scalable enterprise data Lakehouse. You will unify multiple systems into a single data ecosystem to drive analytics and business decision-making.

The role requires hands-on leadership in data governance, MDM, and standards, with expertise across ERP/CRM and cloud data platforms. You will guide discovery sessions and define a strategic data roadmap for impactful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data architecture, data engineering, or enterprise data management roles.
• Proven experience building enterprise data Lakehouse from scratch across multiple systems.
• Strong data modeling, ETL/ELT design, and data integration expertise.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Expertise in Data Governance, MDM, and data quality management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a scalable enterprise data Lakehouse from inception.
• Define end-to-end data architecture (ingestion, transformation, storage, integration, consumption).
• Establish standards, frameworks, and best practices aligned with business and tech strategies.
• Evaluate technologies to support long-term scalability.
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify use cases and dependencies.
• Translate business requirements into data models, flows, and architectures.
• Develop and maintain a data roadmap with phases, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee data pipelines connecting ERP, CRM, operational systems, and third-party platforms.
• Define data models (conceptual, logical, physical) to support analytics and reporting.
• Establish data quality frameworks and ensure data reliability and integrity.
• Lead Master Data Management initiatives and establish governance policies.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; lead cross-functional teams.
• Drive adoption of data solutions through change management and alignment.
