Job summary
Publicis Sapient is seeking a Senior Manager, Enterprise Data Architecture & Engineering to define the future state of our data landscape. You will lead enterprise data architecture standards, shape Lakehouse and cloud platform strategies, and guide data foundations supporting analytics, BI, and AI capabilities.
Collaborating with business leaders, architects, and engineers, you will drive multi-domain data initiatives, establish scalable data architectures, and influence long-term modernization
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or related leadership roles.
- Strong background in cloud-native data platforms, enterprise integration, and modern data ecosystems.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise-wide data architecture strategies.
- Develop roadmaps across data platforms, analytics environments, and reporting ecosystems.
- Establish architecture principles, standards, and reusable patterns for scalability.
- Provide architecture leadership for large-scale modernization and cloud transformation.
- Partner with leaders to align investments with strategic priorities.
