Job summary

Genesys is seeking a senior leader to own enterprise customer value and guide strategic partnerships across a global portfolio. You will influence revenue growth and customer outcomes by shaping adoption strategies, leading cross-functional teams, and advising executive stakeholders.

You will drive adoption, protect recurring revenue, and partner with Sales, Services, Renewals, and Onboarding to ensure seamless lifecycle execution while translating complex tech into measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology, consulting, or enterprise account management roles.
• Proven SaaS revenue growth and customer retention experience.
• Experience building and maintaining C-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of enterprise customers and act as strategic advisor.
• Develop and execute Customer Success Plans with KPIs and adoption strategies.
• Lead executive engagement through regular business reviews to demonstrate value.
• Drive adoption and expansion across accounts to strengthen retention.
• Align product capabilities to evolving customer business needs.
