Job summary

Salesforce seeks a Customer Risk Manager to own a defined portfolio and serve as the escalation focal point for enterprise customers. You will coordinate with executive stakeholders and internal teams to resolve complex issues and prevent attrition, while driving cross-functional improvements and strategic initiatives.

You will develop trusted relationships with senior leaders, apply risk management best practices, and shepherd customer outcomes across Salesforce products.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in account management, consultation, project management, or escalation management.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; technical mindset preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.
• Ability to influence and drive cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve satisfaction.
• Own defined portfolio or territory and oversee health and outcomes.
• Act as escalation point for enterprise-level customers with high visibility.
• Develop best practices for the Red Account lifecycle and ensure consistency.
• Build trusted relationships with executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide consultative guidance based on cross-functional knowledge and history.
• Identify process improvements to address systemic risks and drive change.
• Track status and communicate resolutions to customers and Salesforce teams.
• Use root cause analysis to drive systemic improvements across Salesforce.
• Balance portfolio with strategic initiatives that drive measurable impact.
