CodeRabbit, the leading AI code review platform, seeks an Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our Americas team. You’ll own the full customer journey from kickoff to renewal and expansion, building trusted relationships with both technical and business stakeholders.

As a founding member of the CS team, you will champion customer needs, drive adoption, and educate customers on maximizing value from CodeRabbit’s platform, collaborating with product and sales to align on outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success or account management.
• Technical competency to understand CodeRabbit’s software.
• Customer obsession and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with negotiations and procurement processes.
• Familiar with modern software development practices and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, meaningful relationships with customers and understand objectives.
• Drive engagement and adoption across the full customer journey.
• Own book of business including renewals and expansions.
• Become a product expert and educate customers on best usage.
• Present periodic reviews to customer leadership.
