ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Customer Success for US Manufacturing to lead a large portfolio post-sale. You will drive revenue growth, AI adoption, and strategic GTM initiatives while coordinating with Sales, Delivery, and Product to maximize value for manufacturing customers.

You will manage CSMs and CSEs, reporting directly to senior leadership. You will partner with CIOs and board-level executives, shaping digital transformation strategies and ensuring customers realize ongoing value

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading GTM initiatives and cross-functional teams in SaaS.
• Proven track record of executive-level relationship building.

Responsabilités

• Run the Business as a General Manager: own portfolio health and growth.
• Define and drive GTM strategy for your half of the manufacturing business.
• Lead a high-performing CSM/CSE team and engage executive stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs and board-level executives.
• Tell the value story through data and presentations to executives.
• Drive AI adoption and platform usage within the portfolio.
• Capture customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmaps.
• Define and manage operational KPIs and reporting across the team.
