Job summary

Scale is hiring a Program Manager for Compliance to lead our enterprise compliance program. You will turn policy into practice across ABAC, gifts & entertainment, conflicts of interest, and third‑party risk, while partnering with Legal, Procurement, Finance, Security, and GTM teams.

This is a hands‑on role that builds and matures the company's GRC capabilities, with responsibilities spanning policy, risk assessment, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building or operating ethics and compliance programs in-house.
• Hands-on ownership of ABAC and at least one of gifts & entertainment, conflicts of interest, or third‑party risk.
• Track record building policies, processes, and controls from scratch.
• Experience leading day-to-day activities and improving processes.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven mindset.
• Experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Help build, design, improve, and streamline Scale's core compliance programs across ABAC, gifts & entertainment, conflicts of interest, and third‑party risk.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to improve compliance policies, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to Scale's business and translate them into policy changes.
• Partner with leadership to mature the enterprise risk management framework.
• Build reporting metrics and periodic dashboards for program health.
• Flex into audit and assurance work and handle diligence questionnaires.
