Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a GRC Program Manager to lead governance, risk, and compliance programs across Commercial, international, and US Government sectors. You will partner with compliance engineers, security teams, and developers to design scalable processes that meet the highest regulatory standards.

You will coordinate internal and external audits (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and drive evidence collection, remediation tracking, and stakeholder communication while maintaining project

Qualifications

• Experience building and scaling GRC programs in enterprise software.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST 800-53.
• Ability to partner with compliance engineers, security teams, and developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale GRC processes and frameworks across Commercial, IG, and USG environments.
• Coordinate audit cycles (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001) and evidence collection.
• Maintain visibility of audit timelines, control status, and monitoring obligations.
• Collaborate across engineering, legal, and customer-facing teams on GRC deliverables.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable workflows.
