Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Communications Project Manager to join the Employee Communications team remotely. You will oversee planning, governance, and delivery of enterprise communications, coordinating across stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality content across platforms.

You will drive adoption of planning tools and CMS, analyze metrics, and promote a consistent employee experience across regions. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6+ years of work experience in communications or related field.
• Experience in internal communications, project or program coordination in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, optimization and governance of communications planning tools and related processes, including documentation and training.
• Manage communication project plans, timelines, priorities, dependencies and deliverables; track risks and approvals.
• Coordinate initiatives across Employee Communications team, SMEs, designers, vendors and business partners to ensure alignment and on-time delivery.
• Plan and execute enterprise-wide communications, including change initiatives and tool rollouts; consider audience, channel and timing requirements.
• Develop and maintain communication materials, templates, intake processes, standards and governance documentation.
• Gather and analyze communication metrics and feedback to improve effectiveness and workflows.
• Champion consistent employee experience across regions by bringing structure and continuous improvement to communications.
