Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Strategist- Services Engagement to lead high-impact, multi-practice technology engagements and shape enterprise strategies for transformation at scale. You will translate complex business needs into integrated technology roadmaps across cloud, applications, data, security, infrastructure, DevOps, SaaS, and AI, collaborating with architects, sales, operations, and delivery teams.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $121,450 – $170,010 annually.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering (or equivalent).
• 7+ years IT architecture experience.
• 3+ years designing multi-practice solutions.
• Broad tech portfolio: cloud, apps, data, security, infra, DevOps, SaaS, AI.
• Proven ability to influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience building enterprise roadmaps and digital transformation strategies.
• Certifications in multiple disciplines (AWS/Azure) a plus.
• Vertical-domain experience in healthcare or financial services a plus.

• Ensure stakeholder alignment across sales, operations, and delivery teams for multi-practice opportunities.
• Guide partner selection and ecosystem alignment for enterprise-level engagements.
