Job summary

The Timberline Group is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and analysis of complex information system components from an architecture perspective to deliver integrated solutions aligned with current and future business needs.

Responsibilities include establishing architecture vision, ensuring standards, and guiding IT governance while coordinating with business owners to drive strategic changes and long‑term roadmaps through technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 7 years' experience minimum; 10+ years preferred across multiple IT domains.
• Familiarity with IT governance (ITIL, TOGAF); certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of current technology domains and their value.
• Experience leading an enterprise architecture program.

Responsibilities

• Establishes a current and future state architecture vision to support strategic requirements of the business and identifies benefits of alternative strategies.
• Establishes policy and strategy for selecting architecture components and coordinates design activities.
• Ensures adherence to standards and compliance with IT governance.
• Leads development of architectures for complex systems with consistency to requirements.
• Interacts with business owners to influence changes to processes and update the architectural model and design.
• Prepares long-term roadmaps for achieving business value through technology projects.
