Job summary

Tokio Marine Global Services is seeking a Global Principal Enterprise Architect (Data & AI) to play a senior, strategic role within TMHD’s architecture function. This position will support the development of Target Architectures globally, emphasizing the effective use of data and AI while ensuring governance and stewardship.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, particularly in complex, multi-entity environments, and will contribute to the evolution of company-wide frameworks. A competitive salary ranging from $165,000 to $210,000 is offered based on experience.

Qualifications

• 10 years proven experience in Enterprise Architecture or related strategic technology roles.
• 5 years experience working in federated, diversified organisations.
• Good understanding of data architecture and AI governance.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior member of the Global EA leadership team.
• Provide advisory support to GCs in evolving their Target Architectures.
• Partner with CIOs and data leaders for responsible AI adoption.
