Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS or related field or equivalent experience
• Progressive experience as a senior application or solution architect or technical lead
• 10+ years hands-on design, development, and testing of software applications
• 3-5 years of experience in Cloud technologies, Cloud migration or Enterprise Architecture
• Expert knowledge in enterprise architecture patterns and agile delivery

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strong advocate for the business within IT and ensure technology execution aligns with business strategy
• Help achieve value-driven outcomes by aligning Humana's Technology Strategy with corporate vision
• Engage in enterprise technology modernization initiatives with application teams and stakeholders
• Advise and drive adoption of lean enterprise architecture within an agile delivery framework
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to map business vision to value streams and capabilities
• Document current state architecture, value streams and domain capability models with architects and leadership
• Apply portfolio rationalization to align value streams and technology capabilities and identify opportunities for innovation and cost reduction
• Define and maintain technology strategies, intermediate and end-state architectures to deliver opportunities
• Enable continued innovation of cloud everything-as-a-service across segments and shared services
• Evaluate new technologies/platforms and develop architecture standards
