Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. seeks an experienced Business Systems / Enterprise Architect to lead enterprise-wide alignment of business systems, data governance, and process architecture.

This role owns strategic integration of ERP, CRM, and adjacent platforms, enabling reliable execution, reporting, and decision-making. The position partners with leaders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and IT to define system standards, govern master data, improve end-to-end processes, and guide

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in enterprise systems, architecture, or solution architecture.
• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms, design & governance.
• Strong data governance, data flows, and system integration knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with Ops, Finance, Sales, and IT.
• Excellent communication to translate business needs into architectural requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide systems architecture ensuring ERP/CRM alignment.
• Govern master data and data quality across core systems.
• Design and govern cross-system data flows and integration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map current and future-state processes.
• Evaluate changes to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and priorities.
• Establish governance for configuration, security, and change management.
• Work with partners and internal teams on optimization and integration.
• Develop architectural standards and decision frameworks for transparency.
