Responsibilities

• Architectural Strategy & Governance: design the solution architecture for Salesforce and Sage Intacct to support service lines and regions.
• Technical Vision Execution: collaborate with CPO and engineering to evolve data and systems.
• Documentation & Enablement: create and maintain configuration docs and guardrails.
• Project & Contractor Oversight: guide projects with contractors and hands-on as needed.
• Cross-Functional Solutioning: partner with leaders to support client and employee lifecycles.
• Quote-to-Cash Orchestration: manage data flow from contract to invoice and revenue templates.
• Integration Strategy: choose between out-of-the-box solutions and middleware for performance.
• Financial & Operational Stewardship: monitor cost footprint and drive value-based outcomes.
• Master Data Advocacy: establish best practices across the organization.
