Job summary

The University ITS seeks an Enterprise Applications Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of project management strategies and to oversee the full life cycle for ERP, SIS, CRM, and other mission-critical enterprise applications.

You will play a key role in driving the university's digital transformation, mentor staff, collaborate with stakeholders, and promote data-driven decision making while maintaining governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in MIS, Engineering, or related field; PMP or CAPM preferred.
• Minimum 3 years managing projects with a structured approach; at least 6 years in systems analysis/programming.
• Experience with ERP applications, Ellucian Colleague highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the advancement of a structured project management approach for enterprise systems within ITS and beyond.
• Develop and deploy PM tools, templates, and documentation standards.
• Mentor staff, drive change management, and enable continuous improvement.
• Manage interfaces, integrations, processes, reports, and dashboards for better decision making.
• Support data governance initiatives and ensure new software meets governance standards.
