Job summary

Segway Inc. seeks a Senior IT Application Analyst to act as the primary liaison between Information Technology and business stakeholders, supporting, enhancing, and optimizing our enterprise applications across sales, logistics, finance, service, eCommerce, and more.

You will lead requirements analysis, manage enhancements, testing, and deployments, and partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve governance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in supporting enterprise business applications or ERP/CRM platforms.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in supporting enterprise business applications, ERP/CRM, or business systems analysis.
• Experience gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and supporting enterprise application implementations.
• Experience coordinating UAT, production deployments, and application release management.
• Strong understanding of systems analysis methodologies, business process mapping, workflow design, and solution documentation.
• Experience with API integrations, SQL, data mapping, ETL processes, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience supporting SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Oracle, or comparable enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, analysis, documentation, validation, and prioritization of business and system requirements for enterprise applications.
• Analyze complex processes and recommend technology solutions to improve efficiency, data integrity, automation, and user experience.
• Own complex application issues through root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, design, testing, and deployment.
• Serve as the primary contact for change requests, enhancements, releases, configuration changes, and production support.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support successful production deployments.
• Develop functional specifications, BRDs, workflow diagrams, and test scripts.
• Partner with headquarters, vendors, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement enterprise solutions.
• Mentor Business Systems Analysts and support personnel in technical knowledge and best practices.
