Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy. This fully remote role emphasizes cross-functional governance, analytic modeling, and strategic reporting to drive Sentara’s top-line goals.

The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years in analytics and healthcare, strong stakeholder engagement, and proficiency in SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Epic.

Qualifications

• 5 years of business acumen (Required).
• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred).
• 2 years of project management experience (Preferred).
• 5 years of analytics experience (Preferred).
• 5 years of healthcare industry experience (Preferred).
• Ability to guide stakeholders, shape analytic direction, influence decisions, and present recommendations to leaders.

Responsibilities

• Supports executive leadership and VPs within enterprise analytics, governance, and strategy.
• Leads cross-functional analytics initiatives aligned with top-line goals.
• Guides development of analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting across enterprise.
• Administers enterprise-level data governance functions and ensures data quality.
