Job summary
Sentara Health is hiring an Enterprise Analytics Consultant. This role is fully remote and supports executive leadership across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy.
You will guide stakeholders, shape analytic direction, and oversee enterprise-level data governance, data quality, and reporting to drive Sentara’s top-line goals. The position requires experience in analytics, healthcare, and cross-functional project leadership, with opportunities for bonus development based on performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of business acumen.
- 5 years of analytics experience in healthcare preferred.
- 2 years of project management experience preferred.
- 5 years of statistical analysis experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives to support strategic goals.
- Guide stakeholders and shape analytic direction across enterprise data.
- Present recommendations to executive leaders and VP level teams.
- Develop and administer enterprise-level data governance functions.
