Sentara Health is recruiting an Enterprise Analytics Consultant for a fully remote role. You will support executive leadership across enterprise analytics, finance, and strategy, guiding cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives aligned with Sentara's top-line goals.

The ideal candidate has substantial analytics experience, healthcare industry knowledge, and expertise in dashboards, data governance, and executive communication to influence strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred in a relevant field.
• 5 years of business acumen (Required).
• 5 years of analytics experience (Preferred).
• 5 years of healthcare industry experience (Preferred).
• 2 years of project management experience (Preferred).
• 5 years of statistical analysis experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supports executive leadership and VPs within the enterprise analytics community.
• Guides the development of key analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting.
• Develops and administers enterprise-level data governance functions.
• Coordinates cross-functional analytics and governance initiatives across Sentara's enterprise.
• Engages stakeholders to shape analytic direction and present recommendations.
