Sentara Health seeks an Enterprise Analytics Consultant to support executive leadership across the enterprise analytics community, including Enterprise Analytics, Finance, and Strategy. This fully remote role focuses on guiding analytic direction, governance, and cross-functional initiatives to support Sentara's strategic goals.

The position emphasizes data exploration, analytics programming, and healthcare data systems with responsibilities spanning SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Epic

Qualifications

• 5+ years of statistical analysis experience preferred.
• ~2 years of project management experience preferred.
• Guides stakeholders, shapes analytic direction, and presents recommendations to leaders.
• Well-versed in enterprise analytics, strategy, quality, finance, operations, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Supports executive leadership and VP-level analytics initiatives across Enterprise Analytics, Finance and Strategy.
• Leads cross-functional analytics and governance projects in support of top-line goals.
• Guides development of analytic models, dashboards, and strategic reporting.
• Administers enterprise-level data governance functions.
