Vancor AI in Austin is hiring a Business Development Manager to expand our market presence across AI, cloud, and digital platforms. You will partner with leadership and delivery teams to grow the pipeline and win enterprise engagements.

You will identify opportunities, manage relationships with prospects and clients, and lead negotiations from discovery through closure, while collaborating with solution and product teams to shape winning engagements and ensure accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in business development or enterprise sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record of closing B2B or enterprise deals.
• Comfort working with technical stakeholders on AI, cloud, or digital solutions.
• Self-driven ownership mindset with clear pipeline and revenue accountability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and accounts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients
• Lead discovery conversations, proposals, and commercial negotiations through to close
