Job summary

Lightcast is seeking an Account Executive for its on-site office in Moscow, Idaho. You will drive new business growth in the private sector by managing a full sales cycle, developing strategic relationships, and closing net-new opportunities using a data-driven, consultative approach.

You will build pipeline, forecast within CRM, and collaborate with Legal, Product, and Customer Success to deliver outstanding customer experiences. A Bachelor’s degree and proven sales performance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in consultative or solution-based enterprise sales.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proven record of strong sales performance and consistently achieving results.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales targets for revenue, market share, and other key performance objectives.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close.
• Engage prospects and customers to understand business challenges and demonstrate the value of Lightcast solutions through a consultative sales approach.
• Manage an assigned territory and pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts and sales activity within CRM and sales tools.
• Build long-term customer relationships and identify renewal, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, Customer Success, and other internal teams to execute deals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Represent Lightcast as a trusted partner through effective presentations, calls, and customer meetings.
• Continuously develop sales skills, product knowledge, and market expertise to drive customer and business outcomes.
