Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in business/partnership development or related field.
• Proven ability to identify, cultivate, and close partnerships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategy for enrollment partnerships locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners and agreements.
• Identify opportunities aligned with Wheelock's priorities and market knowledge.
• Draft and review partnership terms and MOUs with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with enrollment, marketing, and program leadership to drive growth.
