Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development seeks a strategic and entrepreneurial Manager of Enrollment Partnerships to build and grow a portfolio of partnerships that drive enrollment, curricular impact, and Wheelock’s reputation as a partner of choice in education and human development. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of professional experience in business development, partnership development, relationship management, or related field.
• Proven ability to identify, cultivate, and secure new business or partnership relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and partnerships.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
• Experience negotiating financial and legal agreements and contracts.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive strategy for enrollment partnerships locally, nationally, and internationally.
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective partners from outreach through signed agreements.
• Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with Wheelock’s priorities.
• Evaluate viability and impact using clear criteria.
• Craft value propositions and business cases for partnerships.
• Develop partnership models to advance recruitment and curricular goals.
• Coordinate with enrollment team to develop recruitment strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for new enrollment partnerships; cultivate relationships.
• Develop and review partnership terms and agreements with stakeholders.
• Ensure partnerships have a designated relationship manager and ongoing communication.
• Establish regular communication protocols and touchpoints.
• Assess partnership health, satisfaction, and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with Marketing & Communications to highlight activities.
• Design systems to track partnerships using databases/CRM; revise MOUs.
