Job summary

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Experience in higher education, workforce development, professional education, talent acquisition, or training environments.
• Strong organizational, relationship-building, communication, and consultative selling skills.
• Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with employer, industry, alumni, and community partners.
• Respond to inbound partnership inquiries and gather information to assess new opportunities.
• Support directors on strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Develop partnership proposals and coordinate contracts, invoicing, and related processes.
• Plan and execute partner and alumni engagement activities, including events.
• Represent the University at conferences and industry forums.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support partner engagement and program success.
• Gather employer feedback and insights to inform program development.
• Connect partners with University resources and personnel.
• Maintain partnership records in Salesforce and track key metrics.
• Prepare reports and develop tools to enhance engagement and efficiency.
