Job summary

ISDenver is seeking a Director of Enrollment Management to lead admissions, enrollment, and retention across its campuses. You will articulate a data-informed strategy, supervise the admissions team, and collaborate with marketing, finance, and academic leadership to align enrollment with mission and financial goals.

The role requires strategic vision, hands-on leadership, and a focus on growing a multilingual, IB-aligned program while delivering a warm, high-touch family experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree desirable.
• Demonstrable experience in admissions/enrollment management or related role.
• Experience managing CRM/SIS and using data to inform strategy, forecasting, and leadership communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a forward-looking strategic enrollment management plan.
• Lead the admissions funnel from inquiry to enrollment with a high-touch experience.
• Partner with marketing, finance, and academic leadership to align enrollment with budget and program goals.
• Drive enrollment forecasting and net tuition-revenue modeling across campuses and divisions.
