Indiana University Bloomington is seeking a Director of Enrollment Management to lead the student journey into education abroad across IU Bloomington and regional campuses. You will oversee marketing, recruitment, admissions, advising, student services, scholarships, and enrollment to drive participation and successful departures.

The role requires strategic leadership, collaboration with IU Global Marketing, and the education abroad management team.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enrollment, admissions, and student services.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

• Leads education abroad enrollment funnel from inquiry to departure.
• Oversees marketing, outreach, and recruitment strategies.
• Manages admissions, advising, student services, and scholarship functions.
• Builds high-performing advising and student service teams.
• Collaborates with IU Global Marketing and campus partners on outreach.
